Section 3. MarsDAO.IO shall bestow upon its citizens digital Martian passports through the Martian.ID protocol, a symbol of sovereignty and a testament to our shared endeavor.
Section 1. Citizenship shall be conferred upon those who bear a Martian Passport, minted as a Non-Fungible Token by the sacred will of the DAO.
